Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched on the next working day. You will receive dispatch notification as soon as your order is posted. Please allow between 1 and 5 working days for your package to arrive. These estimates can vary at busy times of the year, e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays, etc.

Delivery Charges (UK only)

Christmas Delivery Charge is only £2.50 per order regardless of how many items you buy. Charges for Special Devilery will vary depending on the weight of your order.

No Quibble Returns

We at Party Lanes are trying to excel in customer satisfaction and promise you an easy and pleasant shopping experience. We offer no quibble returns so if you are not entirely happy with the item you purchased just send it back to us within 14 days. Full refund will be issued once the item is received.

Should you wish to return the item we recommend getting a proof of posting certificate available from any Post Office free of charge. Also please let us know you are returning the item at orders@partylanes.co.uk.
